Steve joins WellHive after a long career in the Veterans Health Administration where he served veterans at the medical center, network and Central Office levels. Beginning as a dishwasher, Steve progressed through front line service and leadership positions to become a medical center director at a large tertiary VA medical center. Steve completed his VA career as the Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Operations and Management where he was responsible, through 18 Veterans Integrated Service Networks and 25 VACO program offices, for field operations of the nation-wide VA health care system.
